What began in 2007 as an ambition to deliver top-tier consulting services quickly, reliably, and with unmatched precision has grown into a trusted international partner. From our humble beginnings in Copenhagen, we’ve expanded across Europe, built lasting relationships, and delivered solutions to industries with the highest standards. Now, with the backing of Capidea and a focus on scaling and innovation, we remain committed to creating real value for our customers — anytime, anywhere.
Founding
Right People Group was created by consultants Henrik Arent and Søren Rosenmeier in the Copenhagen area. The ambition was (and is) to deliver exactly the right competencies as soon as the need arises.
Growth
Increasing customer satisfaction and digital acceleration became the key to success. RPG built a strong network of customers and consultants based on speed, quality and reliability.
Expansion
Established office in Berlin, growing customer engagement and delivering to 10+ countries. Trusted advisor to customers in sectors with the highest demands - from healthcare, finance to defense.
Scaling
Expanding the concept with focus on growth and M&A with Jesper Geisler as Group CEO. The private equity fund Capidea acquired RPG in 2023 and we continue to create value for customers through even closer customer relationships.
